JOB SUMMARY: The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and administrative aspects of an assigned residential property. This role ensures the property meets or exceeds performance goals, maintains compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and delivers excellent service to residents and stakeholders. The Property Manager supervises on-site staff, oversees vendors and maintenance, and plays a critical role in achieving budgeted financial and occupancy targets.
