Survey and Assessment

A detailed site survey shall be conducted across all affected areas including service rooms, electrical rooms, workshops, and accommodation corridors to identify and document every unsealed or inadequately sealed penetration and joint. Findings shall be recorded with location references and photographic evidence to form the basis of the remediation works.

Quality, Inspection, and Compliance

All works shall be executed by qualified and competent fire‑stopping personnel. Upon completion, installed systems shall be inspected and tested to verify compliance with the specified fire‑resistance ratings. A completion report, inclusive of as‑built records and photographic documentation for each treated location, shall be submitted for approval.
