Reports to: Sales & Proposals Manager

This is a high-impact role focused on driving the growth of our Boiler and Environmental Division . You will be responsible for the end-to-end tender process—from initial site visits and technical design liaison to final commercial presentations—ensuring we meet our annual sales and profit targets through precision and strategy.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSc, BEng, or BTech ).
• 5 – 10 years as an Engineer in a Utility Boiler environment or similar
• Certifications: A Sales Certificate (or equivalent) is highly advantageous.
• Contractual Knowledge: Proficiency in NEC and FIDIC contract suites is essential.
• Software: Advanced MS Office skills.
