La thèse proposée porte sur l'étude de l'hydrolyse de Pa(V) incluant la détermination de constantes de formation des espèces hydrolysées en solution homogène, et leur géométrie de coordination. Les espèces colloïdales et les formes insolubles éventuellement formées seront caractérisées.

Le comportement de Pa(V) en présence d'un ligand d'intérêt pour l'environnement (phosphate ou carbonate) sera également considéré.
