Opportunity Description
BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our Luxembourg Technical Center as a Prototype Readiness Leader on a 6 month fixed-term contract (CDD).
In this role, the Prototype Readiness Leader is responsible for the end‑to‑end readiness and execution of automotive electronic prototype builds, from design concept through customer shipment. The position serves as a key coordination role across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Logistics, and Program Management, ensuring that prototype activities are executed safely, on time, and in line with customer and program expectations.
The Prototype Readiness Leader leads and supports the Prototype Build Operations Team, drives build preparation and execution, actively manages risks and issues, and communicates build status and readiness to internal stakeholders and customers throughout the prototype lifecycle.
