The Opportunity
We are seeking Clinical and Health Psychologists to join the Adult Rehabilitation and Health of Older People (ARHOP) service. This role is part of a small team based at Middlemore Hospital and Auckland Spinal Rehabilitation Unit and provides psychological support services for adult and older adult in-patient rehabilitation. The Auckland Spinal Rehabilitation Unit in Otara (ASRU) is one of only two specialist spinal rehab units in NZ. In addition, the role provides outpatient psychological assessment and treatment for stroke patients in the community who are under the care of the Community Stroke Rehabilitation Service (CSR).
