Annual Tax-Free Salary: £34,500 - £40,000 + benefits including housing, flight allowance, medical and gratuity (worth over £15,000)

Contract: Full‑time, fixed term for 2 years

Job Responsibilities

As a Psychology Lead Practitioner, you will work across KS4 and KS5 and provide high quality coaching and subject‑specific CPD to Psychology teachers to achieve sustained improvements in teaching and learning.

You will implement and monitor strategies to raise the achievement of targeted Psychology students and act as a champion for SEND students.

You will teach Psychology across KS4 and KS5 and prepare the students for iGCSE and A level exams.
