Psychology Secondary Teacher

About the Role

We are looking to recruit an outstanding teacher of Psychology for September 2026 at our Castelldefels Pre‑University campus, where both IBDP and A Level Psychology are offered. UK qualifications and successful experience in UK schools is essential. Applicants interested in a Head of Psychology role should specify this in their application. Salary and allowance will be determined based on experience and suitability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and challenging lessons that link with the real world and are aligned with Department schemes of work.
• Use homework and assessments to monitor and track pupil progress, identifying underachieving students and implementing intervention as needed.
• Provide feedback and communicate effectively with parents, ensuring that both the student and parents are aware of strengths and targets throughout the year.
