Opportunity Description
**This is a fully ON-SITE position, scheduled at 30 hours per week.**
The Virtual Teller is responsible for responding to both member and potential member needs with a high quality of service. This includes performing transactions and providing information accurately, professionally, quickly, and efficiently, via multiple media channels, with a primary focus on Interactive Teller Machine. The Virtual Teller is also responsible for answering member inquires and assisting them in understanding and utilizing credit union products and services.
- Process member transactions accurately, efficiently, and timely including accepting cash and check deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments etc. Inform and educate members on credit union products and services in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide information and referrals to members seeking other services including, but not limited to new accounts, lending, and insurance.
