To conducts the communications by establishing and maintaining relationship with related stakeholders in order to maintain and improve the corporate image and reputation through conventional/mainstream and digital media that in line with overall organizational policies for XL’s business success
Establish & maintain relationship with external stakeholders (include media, KOL Conduct a regular update on media database, media mapping and journalist profiling Prepare, update and conduct personal calendar of event in relation to media/journalist (birthday, anniversary, wedding etc.) Prepare corporate calendar of events include coordinate with internal in order to align the appropriate time for the corporate calendar or event Handle administration matters for the sake of media/journalist (mementos, souvenirs, etc.) Handle complaints from external (m...
