Job Summary

XAD Technologies is seeking a dedicated and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Car Rental to manage all government relations, vehicle registration processes, licensing documentation, and legal compliance activities related to the company's car rental operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination with government authorities and support operational efficiency through timely processing of official documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all government-related documentation and approvals for car rental operations
• Coordinate with RTA, Traffic Department, Police, Immigration, MOHRE, and other UAE government authorities
• Manage vehicle registration, renewals, ownership transfers, insurance documentation, and Salik-related processes
• Process company trade license renewals and regulatory permits
