Pupil Mentor
Are you good at building relationships and helping young people feel heard? As a Pupil Mentor, you’ll support students who need extra encouragement to stay engaged with school life.
Daily pay: £90–£110
The role
Mentoring students one-to-one or in small groups
Supporting confidence, behaviour and engagement
Acting as a trusted adult during the school day
Working closely with pastoral and attendance teams
Helping students set goals and reflect on progress

Experience working with young people
A patient, encouraging approach
Strong listening and communication skills
Someone consistent and dependable
