Job Description

Job Summary

• Provide end-to-end purchasing and administrative support to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
• Prepare, review, and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders (POs), and support documentation.
• Source quotations, compare bids, and negotiate with vendors within approved guidelines to achieve best value.
• Maintain and update vendor database, item master, pricing records, and purchase trackers.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (operations, finance, HR, IT, and facilities) to confirm specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines.
• Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations, delivery schedules, shortages, and backorders; resolve issues and escalate when needed.
