Job Summary
Manage stock records, issue purchase orders, monitor deliveries, distribute components for job processing, provide administrative support, assist with invoice processing, and perform ad-hoc duties to support operational efficiency.
Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records to ensure inventory accuracy
- Issue purchase orders and track delivery status to ensure timely receipt of components
- Distribute component parts accurately to support job processing workflows
- Perform filing, data entry, and document preparation to support administrative operations
- Assist in processing invoices and financial documents to facilitate payment and accounting
- Complete ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team and operational needs
