Opportunity Description
- Source and negotiate prices for HVAC materials, tools, consumables, and equipment.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders and ensure timely delivery to project sites.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and logistics for availability and lead times.
- Monitor inventory levels and support warehouse/materials requests.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain an updated supplier database.
- Ensure all purchases comply with project specifications and company standards.
- Assist in cost control and provide price comparisons for management approval.
- Work closely with the Project Engineer, Project In-Charge, and Warehouse personnel.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business, Engineering, or any related course.
- Experience in construction, or technical purchasing is an advantage.
