We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing/Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join our client's team in Fenton, Missouri. In this role, you will play a key part in managing procurement activities, ensuring materials are received and processed efficiently, and supporting both office and warehouse operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys collaborating with engineers and other team members.
Key Responsibilities
+ Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips.
+ Work closely with Engineering to review material lists and confirm required items before ordering.
+ Create and process purchase orders for materials and supplies.
+ Sourcing materials and work with vendors for on time delivery
+ Track orders, deliveries, and backorders to ensure materials arrive on time.
