QA Automation Engineer

Role Overview

The QA Engineer will work within an Agile team as an advocate of Quality and will drive Behavioural Driven Development (BDD) and Test Driven Development (TDD) to ensure business outcomes are delivered. The QA Engineer will work closely with Developers, Data Engineers, Business Analysts and Product Owners. Strong in automation skills, they will be part of an Agile team driving a shift left methodology to achieve a high level of automation, with a key focus on UI, API and FIX protocol testing. The successful candidate will be able to define test frameworks and execute test scenarios.

Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with global Business Analysts, Development and QA teams for efficient test planning, test design and coordinate testing efforts between global teams.
• Play key role in automated tests, supporting design, development, execution and maintenance of scripts that run in CI/CD environment.
