Position: QA Engineer (Hard Disk Drive) (Job ID: 20221) Job Description
- Responsible in overseeing all related OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) team operation & activities. This role is accountable for the Quality & work Integrity of Outgoing Inspection & Analysis. Participates actively in Quality Audit & liaise with Production Engineers on quality matters.
- To lead a team of Engineering Assistants, Technicians and Inspectors on daily and weekly OQC Operations
- Overall In-Charge of Lot dispositions – ensure inspected lots meet customer requirements and are released for shipment in a timely manner
- To observe and trigger to Production on abnormal trends in all critical process parameters and provide feedback on other monitoring items
- To trigger product NCMR and manage the affected media disposition
- To collaborate with IPQA and Process Engineers on suitable improvement activities to prevent similar troubles
