Role Overview
We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our VoIP team and ensure the quality and reliability of voice communication services.
In this role, you will be responsible for validating end-to-end call flows, identifying issues in signaling and media streams, and contributing to the overall stability of our telephony platform.
- Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute test cases for VoIP services (functional, regression, and integration testing) - Validate end-to-end call flows (registration, call setup, call teardown, error scenarios)
- Perform testing of SIP signaling, RTP media streams, and related protocols
- Analyze logs and network traffic to identify issues (e.g., using tools like Wireshark)
