QA Engineer — Product Quality, Exploratory Testing & AI-Assisted QA

About the Role
We are looking for a QA Engineer (Mexico based) who cares deeply about product quality, user experience, and clear communication. This role has a strong manual and exploratory testing foundation, but it is not a repetitive “execute test cases only” position. We are looking for someone who can think critically, understand user behavior, identify product risks, communicate issues clearly, and use modern tools — including AI-assisted QA and lightweight automation — to improve the quality and speed of our software delivery.
This person will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Support to help us release with confidence. The goal is not only to find bugs after development is finished, but to help prevent issues earlier by reviewing requirements, asking good questions, identifying edge cases, and making quality visible throughout the development process.
We value QA as a product and engineering discipline, not as a final checkpoint.
