Opportunity Description
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods to verify quality, labeling, and temperature requirements.
- Monitor and record temperature and humidity levels of cold storage rooms regularly.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, food safety, and other relevant regulatory standards.
- Identify and report any quality issues such as damage, spoilage, contamination, or pest activity.
- Conduct routine audits and sanitation checks within the storage areas.
- Verify that product handling, storage, and stacking meet company and client specifications.
- Maintain detailed and accurate inspection records and quality control reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
