QA Process Technician

At HealthTech Bio Actives, S.L.U., we are looking for a proactive specialist to oversee technical documentation and GMP-compliant processes. The QA Process Technician role responsibilities include leading risk assessments and stability testing, as well as fostering a culture of continuous improvement through staff training and the optimization of operating standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development, review, and optimization of manufacturing and cleaning batch records.
• Management and updating of process documentation.
• Active participation in validations (process and cleaning).
• Monitoring and oversight of stability studies.
• Preparation of technical validation documentation.
• Internal training on GMP, processes, and quality culture.
• Risk assessment (changes, deviations, and processes).
• Identification of improvement opportunities based on data analysis.
