Opportunity Description
Leads and drives enterprise-wide quality excellence by maintaining ISO 9001:2015–compliant Quality Management Systems and fostering a zero-defect, continuous improvement culture. Implements Six Sigma, Lean, DMAIC, and statistical quality tools to prevent defects, improve processes, and achieve company objectives. Manages corrective and preventive action programs, quality monitoring systems, and cross‑functional improvement initiatives. Oversees supplier quality management, audits, and accreditation to ensure compliance with quality standards, while collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve quality issues and deliver sustained product and process improvements.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Experience: Minimum of eight (5) years of work experience, with at least 2 years at the supervisory level or above in a manufacturing or quality environment. 2 years exposure to 6-Sigma and JMP.
