Job Description

Housing Construction Civil Engineering QA/QC QA/QC Engineer

• Interpret and verify on-site work against technical drawings and blueprints to ensure absolute accuracy in execution.
• Inspect the fabrication and installation of rebar for structural columns and beams; validate house orientation and site layouts.
• Oversee the quality of masonry works, including concrete hollow block (chb) laying, plastering, and the precise installation of floor and wall tiles.
• Conduct inspections for ceiling and drywall framing, board installations, and the application of skim coats and paint to ensure a high‑quality finish.
• Monitor the installation of plumbing, sanitary, and water lines, and verify basic electrical works for compliance with project requirements.
• Supervise the installation of doors and cabinetry to ensure proper fit and functionality.
