Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QMS in line with ISO 9001 / IATF standards
• Ensure compliance with internal quality processes and external regulatory requirements
• Conduct internal audits, coordinate external audits, and ensure closure of audit findings
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma practices)
• Manage documentation control SOPs, work instructions, quality manuals, records
• Monitor and analyze quality KPIs, identify gaps, and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
• Handle customer complaints, root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, Supply Chain) for quality improvements
