What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will uphold social work values and safeguarding rights within legal frameworks like the Care Act 2014, Human Rights Act 1998, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and others. You will also enable positive risk-taking and complex decision-making, ensuring timely planning, evaluation, and documentation. Additionally, you will be required to engage effectively with complex cases, ensuring the person’s wishes and beliefs are central, and manage conflicts involving multiple agencies and significant risks.
