- We are looking for a Quality Acceptancy Analyst for a 12-month contract opportunity that is hybrid in Newark, DE.
- This role entails acting as a Salesforce Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst for a state-level Unemployment Insurance and Paid Family Medical Leave system.
- The candidate will drive testing efforts across 2-3+ concurrent workstreams, supporting both project implementations and ongoing production releases within a Salesforce environment.
- The PMO partners with both the state and a vendor partner to implement the Salesforce solution to support both lines of business.
