Quality Analyst

Responsibilities

• Performs analysis, design, implements, and executes the test cases, test procedures, and test strategy.
• Work with Engineering and Product team to build quality products and design test strategy.
• Document results of tests for the software development team.
• Conduct quality activities and articulate experience flows throughout the user lifecycle to communicate risk with features and releases.

Job Requirements

• 3 years experience in SaaS (Non‑negotiable).
• Familiar with .NET Core, C# and SQL.
• Experience in using QA tools like Selenium, Appium, Zephyr etc.
• Experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables.
• Strong attention to detail.
