Opportunity Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to provide technical support for HCM (Human Capital Management) accounts, ensuring high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with HCM platforms, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for HCM systems such as Workday, Kronos, Paychex, ADP, SAP, Oracle, Sage.
- Monitor and ensure quality of support interactions in accordance with company standards.
- Document processes, solutions, and technical guidance accurately.
- Identify trends in technical issues and propose improvements.
- Collaborate with the support team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of solid experience as a Quality Analyst or in technical support for HCM accounts.
- Hands‑on experience supporting HCM platforms.
