Job overview

This post holder will be based at King’s College Hospital Denmark Hill site and will take the lead for performing key tasks required for the monitoring and maintenance of the Quality Management System under the direction of the Quality Managers (QMs), with direct line management via the Quality Lead for Stem Cell Transplant & CAR T.

Main duties of the job

The Post holder will:

·Support the development and maintenance of a Quality Management System including Standard Operating Procedures, training and education of staff, adverse incident and non-compliance and records management and quality and clinical audits within the Department of Haematological Medicine.

·Support the development and implementation of the Quality Management System (QPulse) in the Department

·Provide training in Quality Management to all staff within the Department of Haematological Medicine
