Our Client in Claremont, Cape Town (insurance industry), has a permanent role available for a Quality Assessor.
The successful candidate will have to live in Cape Town, preferably the Southern Suburbs (not still have to relocate).
About the role
We’re looking for a sharp, solution-oriented Quality Assessor to join our Cape Town team as a critical guardian of the brand. In this hybrid role, you aren’t just checking boxes; you are the strategic line of defense ensuring our digital insurance products remain seamless, compliant, and robust.
As a key gatekeeper of the customer journey, you’ll take proactive ownership of the full QA lifecycle, identifying technical risks before they escape, and ensuring every interaction meets our high standards. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a hawk-eye for detail, you’ll play an active role in maintaining the integrity of a platform that protects thousands of South Africans.
