Job Description
The Quality Assurance Analyst Team Lead/Supervisor will oversee the QA team to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality performance across sales operations. This role is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving interactions, ensuring compliance with client standards, and driving overall service excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience in handling/supporting any BPO Sales account is required
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent skills on Excel/Quality Tools / Data Analysis / Analytical Skills / Reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Must be able to start ASAP
