Responsible in monitoring and verifying the actual application of Quality Control and Food Safety Programs in every phase of manufacturing process of new and existing product that serve as mechanism for prevention and detection of substandard products.
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, BS Food Science or BS Chemistry
- With working knowledge and background in Product Specification conformance & Investigation, Food Product Safety, Physico-Chemical Analysis, Sensory Evaluation Raw & Packaging Materials, Product Grading and Sampling, Product Representation, Instrument Operation, Sanitizer Preparation, Good Laboratory Practices, Inventory of Remaining Ingredients and Product Traceability
