Opportunity Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure full adherence to customer quality requirements and applicable regulatory standards
- Coordinate and liaise with relevant regulatory authorities to obtain and maintain product certifications
- Plan, prepare for, and support customer and supplier audits to ensure compliance and audit readiness
- Lead root cause investigations and drive timely and effective closure of CAPA / 8D
- Manage customer quality issues, including complaint handling, RMA analysis, and failure investigations
- Prepare, review, and present comprehensive 8D reports to customers as per agreed timelines
- Compile and present weekly and monthly quality performance reports for management and customers
- Lead or actively support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing defects, improving product yield, and enhancing overall quality performance
