About Your Role

You will be responsible for supplier and imported quality related activities and ISO to ensure the smooth and effective operation of incoming activities related to quality are performed and executed accordingly.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure all incoming and imported products not meeting product specification will be held physically and updated into the system.
• Perform simulated testing or real application testing as required.
• Work upon Supervisor’s assignments.
• Track and monitor critical to supplier quality parameters and work closely with suppliers and manufacturing to improve the capability.
• Handle customer complaints by conducting investigation and providing feedback to the requester within the specified time and feedback to the respective team for corrective actions.
