Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Management System (QMS) to enhance process effectiveness.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve process-related issues.
- Analyze customer complaints and deliver timely, effective responses to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with Customers and Operations teams to ensure new product transfers meet approved manufacturing requirements.
- Prepare and present quality performance metrics and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or an equivalent technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Quality Management Systems (QMS) within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient, working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
