Opportunity Description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and optimize processes surrounding supplier quality management; Approve First Article Inspection (FAI) from suppliers (AS9102); ● Manage FAI deviations and ensure the implementation of effective corrective actions; Analyze and validate dimensional, functional, and documentary reports; Lead DFM (Design For Manufacturability) activities between core engineering and suppliers; Validate the manufacturability of drawings, tolerances, GD&T, and special requirements; Conduct supplier audits; Approve and maintain the qualification of special processes; Evaluate the manufacturing capability of suppliers; Review supplier change requests and coordinate with engineering and purchasing to assess impacts; Participate in design reviews (NPI, ECO, revision changes); Identify technical risks and propose solutions upstream; Ensure coordination of inspection ac...
