Quality Assurance Manager

Minimum 15 years of experience in Quality Assurance
Proven experience in a QA Manager role, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end Quality Lifecycle
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams of at least 50 members, including distributed/global teams
Strong experience in defining and driving QA strategy, governance, and best practices across programs
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, including UI, API, and performance testing
Experience in CI/CD integration and implementing shift-left and shift-right testing practices
Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and modern engineering practices
Preferred base location is Indore. The person should be working from the office.
Exposure of AI led development will be a differentiator
