About the Role

We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Reviewing Officer (QAROs) to join our growing team. Reporting to the Service Manager, you’ll deliver high-quality independent oversight across children in care, child protection, and fostering reviews – ensuring statutory safeguarding requirements are met while driving service improvement.

QAROs play a key role in promoting strengths-based practice, supporting professional challenge, and fostering effective multi-agency collaboration. The service champions a child’s right to family life and is central to Swindon’s Family Safeguarding model, which is making a real difference to children and families.
