- Maintain a regular presence on the production floor, conducting random inspections for compliance with GMP, SOP, and Food Safety procedures.
- Check and validate backloads of online items, especially frozen and sliced products, to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the food industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry or any related field
