Internal QA Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting internal quality checks and process audits.
• Document and report findings, discrepancies, or deviations from internal standards.
• Support the development and maintenance of QA policies and procedures.
• Help identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Track and maintain QA metrics for internal reporting purposes.
• Assist in BIR audit preparations, including gathering documents, reviewing records, and coordinating with examiners.
• Participate in internal training and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide other assistance that may be deemed necessary.
