Role : Quality Compliance Lead ISO | CMMI | Process Excellence | Ahmedabad We are hiring an experienced Quality Compliance Lead to drive enterprise-wide quality governance, process maturity, and compliance initiatives for a growing technology organization based in Ahmedabad. Key Requirements 10 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Process Excellence, Compliance, or QMS Strong hands-on expertise in: CMMI DEV v3.0 – Level 5 CMMI SVC v3.0 – Level 5 ISO 9001:2015 ISO 27001:2022 Proven experience independently leading: CMMI Level 5 appraisals ISO surveillance & recertification audits Process audits, CAPA/NCR management, and governance reviews Strong knowledge of: QPM, CAR, SPC, KPI frameworks, Process Improvement Six Sigma / Lean methodologies Agile, DevOps, and hybrid delivery environments Experience in Process Asset Library (PAL), metrics management, compliance dashboards, and leadership reporting Ability to conduct training, stakeholder management, and organization-wide pro...
