Your Responsibilities
Lead QC strategy for Branch, Teller, Contact Center.
Create and run Unit, Regression, and E2E tests.
Test chat/chatbot solutions and coordinate with Genesys Cloud.
Maintain JIRA, Confluence, and test management tools.
Report results and improve QC practices.
Your Profile
Min. 4 years in Quality Control / Testing.
Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
Strong testing methodology and test tools knowledge.
Familiarity with chat/chatbot integrations and Genesys Cloud.
Good English;
payments experience is a plus.
