Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a Director of Quality to lead enterprise‑wide quality strategy, compliance, and operational excellence across all five manufacturing sites. This leader will partner closely with senior operations leadership, engineering, manufacturing, and customer‑facing teams to standardize quality systems, strengthen problem‑solving capability, and embed a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned quality leader with multi‑site experience who can influence at all levels, drive measurable improvements, and define what “good” looks like across the organization.
