Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus. Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, coordinating, and executing quality assurance programs to prevent or eliminate defects in new and existing products, with a strong focus on electronics manufacturing and robust server‑grade assemblies.

• Develop and implement standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation of products and processes.
• Collect, analyze, and present information regarding business conditions, production capabilities, manufacturing problems, and new product designs for management review.
• Propose and evaluate alternative methods and procedures to solve problems and adapt to changing market opportunities.
