AYANA Hospitality is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager for AYANA Komodo In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our quality standards protocols are met and maintained throughout the resort. You will work closely with various departments to foster a culture of excellence and compliance with regulations, ensuring our guests enjoy a safe, and high-quality experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Tiger Teams to drive improvements aligned with key hotel indicators and GSI data.
- Conduct Performance Excellence Planning (PEP) reviews and support departments with data analysis, root cause identification, and action planning.
- Initiate and execute quality and hotel projects based on strategic plans, operational needs, or General Manager’s direction.
