Quality Manager

Purpose of Position:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to provide essential support to our Quality Department. The primary responsibilities of this role include facilitating the development of new products, managing a highly effective quality team, as well as maintaining the quality of our existing product line. The Quality Manager will play a vital role in ensuring that all products meet and exceed consistent quality standards, contributing to our commitment to excellence. Essential duties and/or Functions:

Provide direction, leadership and supervisory oversight of Quality Engineers, Inspectors and Technicians -Bldg-5 (Direct Reports).

Responsible for Quality planning activities for supporting new and current product service offerings with emphasis on Ballistic Manufacturing, Process Review, Quality Control, Auditing, Testing and Data Review for DOD/Commercial products.
