Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement the Product Compliance, Quality guidelines, as per Corporate/Brand Framework and ensure easy retailing and quality product availability across all retailing territories of the concept.
• To play major role in developing QMS & GTM modules and implement the same across business.
• Work with central sustainability team to develop the group sustainability framework and work with concepts to implement the same
• Develop SLA guidelines for our quality agencies / concepts
• Develop Monthly reporting procedures, high level visibility of the departmental activity for senior management
• Develop test cases, checklists, test data preparation, etc to support regular data checks
• Coordinates quality objectives with third party sourcing partners to maximize product reliability and minimize costs
