Opportunity Description
The Quality Manager is a steward for the site business systems and provides leadership for the Quality Engineering and Inspection functions. This position works closely with Operations, Engineering, Sales and Program Management to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend/implement solutions that improve product quality. This includes maintaining metrics and indicators to identify trends that adversely affect product quality and business performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervises direct reports including the Quality Engineering and Inspection functions
- Coaches and directs the team to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with both internal and external customers, driving improved customer service.
