Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the QA team for a Travel account
  • Monitor CSAT, FCR, NPS, and Quality Scores
  • Conduct audits, calibrations, and compliance checks
  • Drive root cause analysis and process improvements
  • Partner with Operations and Training teams
  • Present quality insights and action plans to stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5 plus years BPO QA experience
  • 2 plus years as a Quality Manager
  • Travel account experience (Expedia preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of QA frameworks, audits, and KPIs
  • Experience in IGT or WNS preferred
